Shipping Policy — Waypoint Pets
Order Processing Time
All Waypoint Pets products are handmade to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
- Domestic (US) orders: Shipped via USPS First Class, with an estimated delivery time of 6–8 business days after processing.
- International orders: Shipped for a flat rate of $17.99 USD. Delivery times vary by destination and can take longer depending on customs processing in your country.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate — your total delivery estimate is processing time plus shipping time.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
